Software built by and for Peninsula School District (Gig Harbor, WA). District-authored code is MIT-licensed and open by default; repos stay private only where student data (FERPA) or infrastructure detail requires it.
Most code here is written with AI coding agents under district engineering standards: deterministic CI gates, AI review as triage (never approval), human accountability for every merge. Standards live in the internal psd-dev-standards repo.
