Check for missing contributors ORCIDs and add them before the transition to Janeway

The problem

Some contributors are missing ORCIDs in the current metadata. As part of the transition to Janeway, we need to ensure that contributor metadata is as complete as possible.

Context

Janeway requires contributor metadata to be associated directly with each tutorial. Before the transition, we need to review the existing contributor records and add any available ORCID identifiers.

What needs to be done

• Identify contributors with missing ORCIDs.
• Since we do not have everyone's email address, but we do have their GitHub usernames, open an issue requesting their ORCID IDs.
• Update the contributor metadata before the migration to Janeway.
