Point retired domains at their pit.world hosts - #39

The 28 retired apps now live at <name>.pwa.pit.world and the old domains only 308 until they lapse. Links, hosts, webring/footer params and supabase.<d> URLs move to the pwa hosts. Emails, GitHub/npm paths, brand text and old nginx server_name files are left alone. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
