Asked for on the gallery: with the Brands filter on, switching colour style changed nothing, because every brand file was byte-identical across all four styles.

333 new masters — one per mark per agentic style — each pinned to the owner's own mark as the only reference. Geometry, counters, figure/ground and the owner's published colour are held fixed; only the surface changes. 0 refusals, 0 failures across the run.

  • hq untouched: flat owner-coloured marks, made_by: human, with their svg.
  • Agentic marks are made_by: both and carry no svg (the material only exists in the raster; a reader preferring svg would show the flat mark and never the style). Their 333 flat svg copies are removed with them.
  • style_info gains ground: agentic-emissive is dark, the rest any. The 22 marks too dark and too grey to emit come back emitting neutral white and vanish on a light ground.

Built by icon style <id> from profullstack/cli-tools#98 and #99. Prompts are recorded in each style's prompts.jsonl.

Trademark note: this applies a material treatment to marks we do not own. Holding geometry, proportion and colour fixed and keeping each owner's hex_source is the most defensible form of it, but some owners' brand guidelines forbid altering the mark. Flagged before building; asked for twice.

Every brand file used to be byte-identical across all four colour
styles: a brand's coloured form was the simple line mark filled with the
owner's hex, copied into each style directory. github.webp was the same
606-byte file in hq, agentic-matte, agentic-machined and
agentic-emissive, so picking a style with the Brands filter on changed
nothing on screen.

333 new masters, one per mark per agentic style, each pinned to the
owner's own mark as the only reference. Geometry, counters, figure and
ground and the owner's colour are all held fixed; only the surface
changes. 0 refusals, 0 failures.

- hq is untouched: its marks stay the owner's flat logo, `made_by:
  human`, with their `svg`.
- The agentic marks are `made_by: both` and carry no `svg`, because the
material only exists in the raster and a reader preferring `svg` would
otherwise show the flat mark and never the style. Their 333 flat svg
  copies go with them.
- style_info gains `ground`: agentic-emissive is `dark`, the rest `any`.
The 22 marks with no hue bright enough to emit come back emitting
neutral white and are invisible on a light ground, so a surface has to
  be told rather than guess.

Drawn by gpt-image-2 through `icon style <id>` from cli-tools#98 and
#99; the prompts are in each style's prompts.jsonl.
