Public pricing, terms, Hire Us content, discovery feeds and CoinPay descriptions consistently identify the $400 price as per agent-hour. Ten agent-hours remains the minimum; the existing hours API field represents total approved agent-hours. The terms give the concrete example of two agents for five hours costing $4,000.
Validation: full workspace production build passes; all website contract tests pass, including accepted totals, quarter-hour validation and checkout descriptions. No live payment was created.
