Restore the @profullstack/footer webring row - #91

The fleet is rolling out @profullstack/footer on purpose; keep it as the site's copyright + webring row under the trimmed link row, before the pit.world global footer (still last in <body>). No tagline. Bump to 1.9.2. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
