Unsupported refutations retain their provenance while the review boundary rejects unsupported suppression. Candidate identity, duplicate validation, and evidence requirements remain strict; regression tests verify preservation of baseline findings, repository claims, and lockfile findings when adjudication cannot justify suppression.
