Progress towards #1338
Add handlers for
on.exit()anddefer(). For Oak's analysis purposes, these have the same semantics asrlang::on_load()which we used as model forCurrent + Lazyscope until now.(It took me way too long to figure out these have the same scoping behaviour.)
