With the development seeds, create unitary tests for the current app backend, using an in memory db solution

• Use a postgres in-memory implementation making us capable of running seeds on it. Example (https://www.npmjs.com/package/pg-mem)
• After being able to load seeds in memory, integrate the database usage with our unitary tests, in order to test DAO layers with real database interaction.
