Create component ResultCardList and add it to the /result page

Now that we have the result cards done, we can create a listing in the /result page.

Create a simple listing with 4 candidates and fake results, you can mock data locally in the application.
Vary the name of the page (Currently there should be a statically H1 saying "Resultados da eleição") according to the mock election name.
