fix: loosen peerDependencies for react and three - #378

react and three peerDeps were accidentally pinned to the exact devDependency versions during a routine dependency bump instead of staying loose minimums. Verified react ^19.0.0 and three >= 0.156.0 still typecheck and pass the full test suite.
