Fixes #66. Notes now come out oldest-first (capture order, Plannotator's order for terminal selections) in the manager and every hand-off, in Plannotator's format (
## Annotation N,Comment on: "…",> comment). Also releases helper 0.2.0, which carries #65's paste-archive / send-archive (the pinned 0.1.0 helper predates them). Plugin 0.8.0.
