[Bug]: initials badge obscures the Codex logo in Usage Limits popover

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Usage → Limits with a signed-in provider.
2. Hover over or click a limit-bar segment to open its account details.
3. Inspect the icon beside the heading, with the initials badge visible.

Expected behavior

The provider logo should remain recognizable, and any initials badge should be positioned without covering most of the logo.

Actual behavior

The two-letter badge ("CO" in the screenshot) obscuring most of the Codex/Claude logo looks silly in my opinion!
