As discussed with @Staacks at the conferece today, Fraunhofer lines would be a very accessible way to calibrate the spectrograph if the diffraction grating+camera sensor combination is precise enough. There is also a paper on it. ^^
Additionally the PySpectrometer2 project has a small write-up on calibration, including the fact that a 2nd or 3rd order polynomial fit are often required due to nonlinearities in the system. I am not sure how the calibration in Phyphox works exactly but I though it might be a good place to drop it here as well
