The script is identical in six translation repositories, in three variants, and one of them lags behind a fix. Calling the doc-base copy keeps every translation on the same version. The workflow now checks out fr, en and doc-base side by side, the layout the doc-base scripts expect and the one the build workflow already uses.
To be dropped once that pull request is merged, so that the workflow tracks doc-base master.

Replaces the local copy of
check-structure.phpwith the shared one added in php/doc-base#342, so that every translation runs the same version. The copy here and the ones in doc-es, doc-it, doc-pt_br, doc-ru and doc-zh have already drifted into three variants.The workflow now checks out
fr,enanddoc-baseside by side, the layout the doc-base scripts expect and the one the build workflow already uses. The alerts move from French to English, like every other doc-base script.Also migrates
check-en-revision.ymlto the sharedcheck-en-revision.phpscript added in php/doc-base#343. That step points at the PR branch until php/doc-base#343 is merged.
