Adopt Fast Forward Changelog's contribution checks, PR feedback and reviewed version-PR flow through the maintainer-selected @v0 channel. Preserve the historical backfill and existing pending notes in this adoption.

Add development-only llm/skills:^1.15 and its specific plugin allowlist entry. Native skills:init / skills:add commands created skills.json, sourcing only fast-forward-changelog from php-fast-forward/changelog on GitHub within ^0.3.0. Composer dependency discovery, vendor sources and aliases are disabled. composer install restores the local skill; composer skills:show inspects it and composer skills:update --from=github refreshes it within that range.

Untrack only the Changelog skill's generated payload and former native receipt. Keep the six published payload files locally, ignore generated .agents/ files, and exclude development setup from Composer archives. Other existing tracked .agents assets remain unchanged. Application runtime requirements and other plugin permissions are preserved; no lockfile is introduced.

Validation: native manager synchronization and skills:show passed; all six installed file hashes match published Changelog 0.3.0; Composer strict metadata validation and the complete dependency-graph dry run passed with llm/skills 1.15.0; actionlint, fragment validation and a committed comparison for this migration passed. The plugin commands ran with a workspace-isolated Composer home/cache; no host-global plugin state was modified. Full application tests are delegated to CI because runtime code is unchanged.

Head: a28e3c2d15ce202210aa9cfbb5ffbb70962530eb. CI/reviews are being refreshed for this head. No merge, tag creation, GitHub Release publication or existing Release-body change was performed.

This change adds automated changelog checks, PR feedback, and release publication. That automation runs with write access through a moving v0 workflow reference, so upstream changes take effect without review here. It also depends on the pull_request_target event, which GitHub's default policy for public repositories will block from November 2, 2026 unless an Actions policy allows it. Before merging, confirm that the Actions policy permits the event and decide explicitly whether to pin the workflow to a reviewed commit.

Updated the adoption at 9ef9ab7d50e46375157273ada4cb29cfc9696417:

  • Backfilled 1.0.0 from the existing GitHub Release. Its description remains byte-for-byte equal to the published body, including the original Full Changelog link. The version heading now has a release-tag reference; the tag is an ancestor of this branch. Historical PR attribution was not invented.
  • Verified backfill --source=github --check is idempotent and consumes no pending fragments. The maintainer-authorized history maintenance label was applied by coisa, whose repository permission is ADMIN; its label event is recorded in the PR timeline.
  • Set the version PR title to chore(release): fast-forward/defer v{current_version} → v{next_version}. Contributor commands use CPX without embedding a package version. The published workflow remains pinned to v0.3.0's immutable commit and its installed skill receipt remains current and unchanged.
  • Local Actionlint, pending-fragment validation and skill-integrity validation passed. New-head GitHub checks are running.

Two separate limitations remain visible: the public-repository pull_request_target policy finding is still open, and the previous tests workflow failed in its shared Publish Pending Test Statuses job with The current workflow attempt is not running. The latter is not a Changelog validation failure. Neither issue is being hidden by a pin change or a workflow overhaul. No merge, tag or release was performed.

Follow-up at 83ede2a: the maintainer explicitly selected the moving @v0 workflow channel for this adoption. Verified that v0 currently resolves to 85474de5a16bb08f83c9f30e0ed72f331a210f07 (v0.3.0). The workflow now follows that channel; the installed skill's concrete v0.3.0 receipt remains unchanged and current. Actionlint and whitespace validation passed again. This supersedes the immutable-caller-pin statement in the previous summary. No merge, tag or release was performed.
