6.2.0 is out and the notes are in the release body, so the file goes back to just the policy comment. Anchors line points at 6.3.0 now. 🤖

6.2.0 is out and the notes are in the release body, so
docs/NEXT-RELEASE.mdgoes back to just the policy comment, which is what the comment itself says to do when a stable release ships.The anchors line points at 6.3.0 now, so the next notes pass prefixes its anchors with that.
