- Changesets (fixed versioning for core and connectors); packages bumped to 0.1.0 with generated changelogs - Release workflow publishing through npm trusted publishing (OIDC, no token, provenance), disabled until NPM_TRUSTED_PUBLISHING is "true" - DCO check skips the release bot's version commits - Each package ships LICENSE, NOTICE (Apache 2.0 section 4) and its sources (source maps resolve) - docs/GETTING_STARTED.md: install, first payment, webhooks, statuses, errors, fallback, production checklist - README: install command and guide link; CONTRIBUTING: release process Verified by installing the packed tarballs in a fresh project: ESM import, CJS require, and strict TypeScript without skipLibCheck.
