Server 1.38.0 grades Finnish objective, outcome, title and constraint wording as strictly as its
English translation, and reads a refusal as a measurable outcome only when it says which case is
refused or what the refusal names ("Bad requests are blocked" no longer passes).
Part B's unread-language sample was Finnish, which 1.38.0 now grades, so it fails there with
"expected unconfirmed, got pass". It is German now, and the case is named for an unread language
rather than for non-English. CALIBRATION.md and the README state the new corpus: 192 items, 121
English and 71 Finnish.
Checked on 1.38.0: readiness suite Part A 192/192 and Part B all pass, check:skills, npm test,
claude plugin validate --strict.
