Re-pins the bundled server to
@pathmode/mcp-server@1.35.4. No skills changed, so this is a hand re-pin:.mcp.json, the README version reference, andplugin.json0.1.39 → 0.1.40.What 1.35.4 fixes: the server now runs intent.md writes one at a time. Before, two
answer_product_choicecalls sent together both read the file before either wrote, so the second write dropped the first answer while both replied "✓ Updated intent spec". Claude Code happens to run such a pair one after the other; a client that dispatches tool calls in parallel lost an answer the person gave. Found in Fieldnote run 7 against 0.1.39.Checked before this PR:
smoke:mcppasses 248/248 against the published 1.35.4 tarball, including two new checks that send a pair of answers in one tick and fail on 1.35.3.latest.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
