Refactored `upsertMany` in `src/state.ts` to use a `Map` instead of `Array.prototype.findIndex` in a loop. This changes the time complexity from O(N * M) to O(N + M), significantly reducing CPU time when polling status updates and updating the file state. Testing with 10k items showed a drop from ~935ms to ~3.5ms.
