Guide is deferred until release so Nova can claim Guide+Start and Guide+Y, which means a lone Guide press reaches the host only as a synthesized tap on release and a held Guide is never seen by the host. Add a "Guide button shortcuts" checkbox (default on, so behavior is unchanged). When off, Guide is sent to the host on press and release like any other button. On SteamOS, Guide button combinations such as Guide + A should be passed through to the host. They currently don't work, because Nova intercepts the Guide button for its own shortcuts.
This PR adds a "Guide button shortcuts" option to the controller settings. It is on by default, so existing behavior is unchanged. When it is turned off, Nova no longer intercepts Guide and sends it directly to the host.
Tested on Odin 3.
