build(deps): update devframe to 1.3.1 and drop the last patches - #442
Every devframe and @devframes/* dependency moves to ^1.3.1. patches/ and patchedDependencies are gone.
pnpm e2e:install now requires prompts as well as resource templates over MCP from the installed package.
The agent-mcp.test.ts test that guarded the patches now fails if pnpm-workspace.yaml patches any devframe package again.
Docs: contributing/development.md replaces "Patched dependencies" with a table of the devframe version each MCP route option needs. agents/mcp-server.md no longer says prompts are missing from installs. The changelog drops the upgrade note about prompts.
extension/ui is rebuilt in its own commit (license notice only).
