FR: HA-WebSocket-Stripper integration

What problem would this solve?

I've been working on extending the capabilities of HA-Websocket-Stripper (https://github.com/GabrielGoldsteinAnidea/HA-Websocket-Stripper), mostly because I have a bunch of NSPanel Pro devices who were getting hammered with websocket traffic even with the ha-paneld entity filtering (which helps a lot).

One feature of the new fork is the ability for a client device to read back from Stripper what is actually happening for it's own dashboard connection, including what is being trimmed and some stats around the volume of data/noise not making it to the tablet.

Now I have the Panel Assistant integration on the HA server, my plan is to move much of the entity filter workload there where it has better access to the source data.

I appreciate that you have put a lot of work into your own HA App but I don't think the proxy based route is optimal and introduces many other problems with TLS, CasaCloud and HAs own camera proxies which panels often need to work flawlessly.

I am planning to start on the server entity filter in the 0.7.0 release cycle of Panel Assistant I hope you might want to test that against your own project and let me know of any features that are missing.
