Thanks. The dump you posted already shows the part I would have asked for first: in the [hardware] section the only input devices are the power key, the touchscreen, the light sensor and the side keys, so the radar does not show up as an input device.

Two things would help narrow it down. Does a wave wake the screen with the original Smatek software? And could you open http://:8888/diag in a browser with Wake on wave turned on, and paste the whole page here?
