Addresses #98.

I added an opt-in Control + vertical-scroll gesture to resize the window under the pointer from its center. It uses the existing accessibility-window writer, leaves normal scrolling and active move/resize shortcuts alone, and stops the resize session after scrolling ends. The setting notes the possible conflict with macOS Accessibility Zoom.

I also added focused tests for centered growth and shrinkage, minimum sizes, modifier filtering, and horizontal-scroll pass-through.

Validation: Swift syntax parsing and git diff checks pass. The local Xcode build and test commands could not start because this machine has not accepted the Xcode 27 license; the repository CI runs those checks on macOS.
