Disposable supervised code-review loop canary. The helper contains an intentionally inverted parity implementation and the standard-library test exposes it. Expected lifecycle: Codex requests changes, contained Claude on CIT fixes only the helper, the coordinator gate tests and pushes, then the new head is rereviewed. This PR will not be merged.
