Agent skills for osbytes products. Copy a folder from skills/ into ~/.cursor/skills/<name> (personal) or a project's .cursor/skills/ (shared with the repo).
Each skill is a directory with a SKILL.md (YAML name + description, then instructions). References stay one level deep from that file.
| Skill | Use when |
|---|---|
| adversarial-collaborator | Any design, plan, or architecture — treat the ask as a hypothesis, search prior art, lead with the strongest objection |
| one-shot-reliable-product | A general product goal that should become a self-hostable, later-hosted system in one session per phase (Shape → Kernel → Surfaces → Operate → Hosted-ready → Commercial) |
| competitor-landscape | Competitive research: source when it exists, REA for shipped apps without source, Kano + adopt/adapt/skip — not a feature wishlist |
| product-development | Building or extending a full-stack product in one pass: spec gate, unit of work, UI bar, evals, independent review, proof-before-done |
| reverse-engineer-web-client | A partner/vendor web UI with no public API — capture XHR via Chrome CDP into a typed client |
| full-spectrum-project-audit | A no-mercy, evidence-based audit of strategy, product, code, and ops |
one-shot-reliable-product is the orchestrator for a new open-core + hosted product. It calls competitor-landscape in phase 0 and product-development for implementation gates in phases 1–3. Do not run all six phases in one conversation.
