Fief currently publishes main images while production remains on a fixed old digest. Each successful main build now publishes an immutable platform-image receipt, and CI waits for the operator-host agent to deploy and verify that exact build.
The installed timer follows main and preserves existing environment/secret configuration. Verification checks actual image IDs, source revision, readiness, and that old pods have terminated. Failed deployments retry automatically; older runs cannot overwrite newer releases.
Validation: four release regression tests pass, Python compilation and shell syntax pass. A companion storefront PR removes its fixed-digest Fief apply so GrowMax releases cannot undo this deployment. Merge this Fief PR first.
