<TipNPCCallbacks />into<NoteNPCCallbacks />: now all template boxes noticing that 'something' is callable by NPC displays with the right label on their box (that's always note, not tip), in all localizations too<LowercaseNote />template component and all manually written warning boxes about 'something' must start with lowercase letter: that was a thing for SA-MP wiki where there was some tech limits in their wiki engine which couldn't make articles starting from lowercase letters, so such warning was a necessity there. Looking even at the UG-MP wiki, which is also was based on SA-MP wiki but uses different engine to display articles, it dropped such a warning completely from every page (let's take random native as an example)diskfreefile native (wrongly added probably by mirroring Pawn 4 natives)
