projectGenerator-vs.zip missing from nightly release, breaking Windows CI setup #702

Since around 2026-10-31, the projectGenerator-vs.zip asset is no longer present in the nightly release.

This breaks scripts/ci/vs/install.sh on Windows CI because it downloads projectGenerator-vs.zip and then tries to run projectGenerator/projectGenerator.exe, which doesn't exist since the zip was never downloaded or is absent.

Error:

Root cause suspicion: PRs #691 and #698 changed how the nightly release is created (from a separate workflow to inline build jobs). It appears the Windows (vs) build job either stopped uploading projectGenerator-vs.zip or the asset is temporarily unavailable during the release recreation window.

Impact: All Windows RWC CI runs using OpenFrameworks fail at Setup stage.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run ./scripts/ci/vs/install.sh on Windows
2. Observe that projectGenerator-vs.zip is not available in the nightly release
3. Setup fails with exit code 127
