Scheduled job to update Paragon icons list for validation #528

As part of the schema loading process, the icon names are compared to a known list of Paragon icons, which is generated by a make command that parses the current paragon icons JavaScript package that is referenced on the frontend-app-admin-console repo.

We should create an automated way to verify and apply changes whenever the package is updated at frontend-app-admin-console.

Create a scheduled job to verify this, raise a PR (via a bot) if there is a mismatch.
