Recognize STDEV.S, STDEV.P, VAR.S, and VAR.P with the existing Excel/LibreOffice compatibility prefixes. Reuse the current sample/population variance implementations, replacing repeated wrapper lambdas with template instantiations.
Validation: Formula*.* passes in the integrated stack. A table-driven alias test covers dispatch, prefixes and range coercion without repeating the numerical regression suite.
Function semantics: Microsoft STDEV.S; names are also listed in vendored MS-XLSX 2.2.2.
