Purpose
Adds Backstage to the ecosystem catalog under a new Developer Portal category.
src/data/marketplace-plugins.json. Categories are derived from the data at runtime, so no code change was needed — future portal entries go in the same category.sourceUrlpoints at the existing Backstage plugins docs and the logo is the in-repotech-logo-backstage.webp, matching the Argo Workflows entry.docs/ecosystem/overview.mdand itsv1.2.xcopy, noting that some extensions ship with an install today rather than being installed separately, and that the portal is moving to opt-in.Related Issues
