Purpose

Adds Backstage to the ecosystem catalog under a new Developer Portal category.

  • New entry in src/data/marketplace-plugins.json. Categories are derived from the data at runtime, so no code change was needed — future portal entries go in the same category.
  • sourceUrl points at the existing Backstage plugins docs and the logo is the in-repo tech-logo-backstage.webp, matching the Argo Workflows entry.
  • One sentence on docs/ecosystem/overview.md and its v1.2.x copy, noting that some extensions ship with an install today rather than being installed separately, and that the portal is moving to opt-in.

Adds a Backstage catalog entry under a new Developer Portal category, and a note on the ecosystem overview that it ships with an install today.
