• runner labels mix 2-vCPU and 8-vCPU classes, so a heavy job is cancelled by scheduling rather than by failure

• Track: move the remaining OpenCharly-owned ci.yml jobs onto the self-hosted fleet

• pr-validator: the head-settle wait budget (600s) is shorter than the step's own backstop (840s) and the attempt cap (900s), so a slow sibling check can never be confirmed green

• self-hosted runner: setup-go fails at step 3 with EACCES mkdir '/var/cache/charly' — the job never runs a Go command

• pr-validator: a transient GitHub API timeout in the auto-close step fails a PASS run and skips Enable auto-merge

• org-ruleset.sh verify reports green while a non-canonical ORG ruleset scoped to an excluded repo enforces an unobtainable check

• A merged PR's plain Closes #N did not auto-close its issue (plugin-check#127 via PR #128)

• the pr-validator returned PASS and BLOCK on byte-identical body text across six same-class PRs

• The org review engine produces deterministic empty completions at its configured model/provider pairing, so a required check can go red with no finding

• A merge to main produced no tag-on-merge run — the tag chain silently did not start (opencharly/sdk)
