Equipment: fix weapon properties, Shortsword damage, item costs and weights

Checked every weapon, armor and gear item against the SRD equipment tables, both editions.
Everything not listed here matched.

2014 weapons

• Heavy was never assigned — added to Glaive, Greataxe, Greatsword, Halberd, Maul,
  Pike, Longbow, heavy crossbow
• Missing: Ammunition on the heavy crossbow, Thrown on the Handaxe, Finesse on the Whip
• The light crossbow's Two-Handed record pointed at the Trident — pointed it back
• Shortsword: slashing → piercing

2014 items

• Acid: no cost/weight → 25 gp, 1 lb.
• Blanket and Greatsword: no weight → 3 lb., 6 lb.
• Crossbow bolt: 0.080 → 0.075 lb.
• "Essense of either" → Essence of ether (pk left alone)

2024 items

• Dart 1 → 1/4 lb., Entertainer's Pack 58 → 58½, Dragonchess 1 lb. → none
• Stray ) in two Holy Symbol names

Three approval tests change, by exactly these fixes (Shortsword damage type, Longbow
gains Heavy). Updated the approved files per the README. quicksetup + pytest pass (93),
with the other PRs applied too.

Question: 2024 tool names include their price ("Alchemist's Supplies (50 GP)"). Want
