docs: add the dependency research suite to the Benchmarks section - #51

only-cli/benchmarks now runs twelve graded lookups on the pages around a dependency: GitHub, npm, PyPI, RubyGems, crates.io, Docker Hub, Stack Overflow, an RFC. oc 12/12 at $0.63 against WebFetch 10/12 at $0.70 and WebSearch 12/12 at $1.22 on Claude Code, with the hard rows called out.

Syncs the README with only-cli/benchmarks#4, the new dependency research suite: a headline bullet, three rows in the agent table, and a sentence on where the generic renderer pays for hard pages. Prose and table changes only.
