Changes: * Moved __dataclass_initialized__ assignment from the object initializer to make_dataclass * The behavior of __dataclass_initialized__ now is handled properly in derived classes * Improved functionality for dataclass inheritance * Removed TField generic since its support is limited * renamed all __dataclass_* fields to __dataclassbase_*
