Pushed 5021837 on top of the Renovate commits to sync the agent-browser 0.40.0 runtime pin (code, prepare script, docs, test fixtures) and add a renovate.json custom manager so these pins move with package.json going forward. Since the branch now has a non-Renovate commit, Renovate will not rebase it automatically; tick the rebase checkbox only if a fresh rebase is wanted, which would drop this commit until the new custom manager is on main.
