Reference readers now accept the
references/<path>form that skills naturally present to agents, while retaining support for paths returned by the listing call. This prevents valid skill instructions from being resolved asreferences/references/<path>.The regression coverage exercises both top-level and nested skill-relative paths. Existing absolute-path, traversal, symlink, and type-safety checks remain green.
