docs(issues): live re-test results for ISSUE-79 and ISSUE-102, and the Egeria open-bugs note - #434

…e Egeria open-bugs note ISSUE-79: with current pyegeria (no deepCopy in the request) a folder created from the File System Directory template has a ResourceConnection, so the old deepCopy:false default was the cause of the missing connection. The survey itself was not run, so "the survey completes" is still unproven. ISSUE-102: raw request, raw response and read-back captured for the Egeria team; min=1,max=5 stored as 1,5, still no repro. Adds docs/egeria-open-bugs-2026-10-05.md, the ranked bug note, with these results folded in.
