• website becomes https://nuxt.com/modules/fonts.
• Each provider's docs becomes https://nuxt.com/modules/fonts/providers#<name>. All 8 anchors exist on the Providers page of the nuxt.com#2573 preview.

Merge once nuxt/nuxt.com#2573 is deployed: until then, /modules/fonts/providers doesn't exist on nuxt.com.

Checked: pnpm build and pnpm lint pass, and the built modules.json has the new URLs.
