Every PR runs the published composite action on its own base..head and pins the result as one sticky comment plus a downloadable artifact, so reviewers (and
/qa) read diffctx's selection instead of the raw diff. QA.md gains the matching checklist item; the action docs describe the job. This PR is the first to receive the comment — the proof it works.
