Summary

Converts the "2.4. Note on process-level publishDir directives" subsection in Hello World (docs/en/docs/hello_nextflow/01_hello_world.md) from a numbered heading into a !!! note admonition, per #943 — it's an aside about the legacy publishDir pattern, not really a numbered step in the lesson.

Not merging this now on purpose. Removing the numbered heading shifts Hello Nextflow's subsequent section numbers, which would drift from the existing walkthrough videos. Opening this now so the change is ready and reviewed, to be merged during the next full course refresh (Dec 2026/Jan 2027), when video updates will next be kicked off.

Testing

  • .github/check_headings.py passes with 0 errors
  • prettier --check passes
  • Rendered preview built with the site's actual Material theme confirms the admonition renders correctly (icon, spacing, code block) with no content changes beyond the heading -> admonition conversion

Parked rather than merged into the pre-release branch: renumbering this
section changes Hello Nextflow's section numbers and would drift from
the existing walkthrough videos. Revisit during the next full course
refresh (Dec 2026/Jan 2027), where numbering/videos are updated anyway.
