the original `Usefulness` item was too vague, so i remade it to be a little more specific··· this is still a WIP to make sure it's even clearer, at the same time it might as well be enough for the time being

Usefulnessitem was too vague, so i remade it to be a little more specific··· this is still a WIP to make sure it's even clearer, at the same time it might as well be enough for the time beingthis is to avoid duplicate pull requests, like what happened with those Chinese translation ones, although a considerable amount of forkers may not read this, it's better than nothing
