Docs for #32. This PR targets the nebari-app-template branch, so merging it adds the docs to #32.

What does this implement/fix?

Updates the docs to match the switch to the official nebari-app library chart:

  • README.md: new "NebariApp in Helm charts" section
  • examples/basic-nginx, auth-fastapi, wrap-existing-chart READMEs: add helm dependency build before install and update the file tables.
  • docs/site/src/content/docs/concepts.md: replaces the full NebariApp YAML snippets with the nebari-app include.
