The theme now draws mermaid fences itself as hand-drawn diagrams in the site palette, following light/dark switches. Drops rehype-mermaid, its markdown config, and the Playwright install it needed in CI.
npm 11 drops the optional @emnapi entries that npm ci on npm 10 (Node 22 in CI) requires, so the docs job failed at install.
