- 修复连接选项解析：原「就地改 option + 前缀匹配」导致
*_LEGACY_PAGE_SIZE 等 4 个选项被短名前缀吃掉、永不生效。
改为按首个 '=' 拆分 + 精确匹配 key，语义不变、逻辑更清晰
- 修复密钥长度：sqlite3_key/rekey 改用 UTF-8 字节长度，
避免非 ASCII 密码被截断、与其它工具不兼容
- 修复密码校验失败处理：先取错误信息再 close_v2 置空，
补 setOpen(false)；CREATE_KEY 失败分支补悬空指针置空
- execBatch 消除 O(n^2)：每列只转一次 toList()
- numRowsAffected 用 sqlite3_changes64 防 int 溢出
- 移除 -march=native，避免产出不可移植二进制
- 删除未使用的 sqlcachedresult.{cpp,h}
