Updates the Moodle Workplace release metadata used by the DevDocs site, adding August 2026 minor releases and adjusting the 5.1 rolling support dates to reflect end-of-life.
Changes:
- Add new release entries: 5.2.2 (rolling + stable), 5.1.6 (rolling + stable), 5.0.9 (stable), and 4.5.13 (stable).
- Update Workplace 5.1 rolling
