…-pip Commit 045ee2a (PYTHON-6051) made ensure_uv run inside the ECS test container. Its Debian-based Python 3.12 image has neither a pip module nor ensurepip, so uv cannot be installed there and setup exits non-zero. Add python3-pip so ensure_uv's pip install --user branch works.
